Shipping
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Europe and typically range from 3-10 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your Kamika order. If a kit arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you simply change your mind, unopened and unassembled items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Assembled or partially assembled kits cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
